Royal Mail Delivery / Collection Torches and Provision of Personal Attack Alarms 2026-27

Royal Mail Delivery / Collection Torches and Provision of Personal Attack Alarms 2026-27

Dear Colleagues,

Following on from previous LTBs issued, we wanted to remind the Branches, Representatives and members of the availability of outdoor torches and about the provision of Personal Attack Alarms to all members who work on Deliveries and Collections.

Attached are pictures of the torch (can be attached to the uniform), headtorch and the RM-branded personal attack alarm, all of which have been available for several years.

These items are available to any individual who would like to request one and can be ordered via the RMG Uniform portal as part of the personal uniform allocation.

Any enquiries to the content of this LTB should be directed to the Outdoor Department, email address: Pharacz@cwu.org.

Yours sincerely,

Tony Bouch
Assistant Secretary
