POST OFFICE: PAY DISPUTE 2021/22 – OFFICIAL STRIKES SATURDAY 4^TH JUNE (CROWNS) AND MONDAY 6^TH JUNE (ADMIN & SUPPLY CHAIN)

Branches are advised that a further home mailing has been sent to our Post Office members (attached) with the next strike dates which are as follows:

Saturday 4^th June – Crown members
Monday 6^th June – Admin & Supply Chain members

We also highlighted to our members the long-awaited publication of the Post Office Annual Report & Accounts for 2020/21. Despite the pandemic, Post Office still made a very healthy profit of £35m which demonstrates that they can well afford to provide our members with a good pay rise, as a small part of the £35m profit could easily be used to fund a pay deal. Instead, Post Office is choosing to impose its will by insisting on a pay freeze for 2021/22.
