CAPITA TVL: PAY – ACAS MEETING CONFIRMED & MEMBERS’ PAY SURVEY

Branches are advised that a meeting has now been arranged at Acas for Wednesday 1st Juneduring which it is hoped good progress will be made on pay for our Capita TVL members (pay date 1st January 2022).
Members’ Pay Survey & Home Mailing
In preparation for our meeting at Acas, with the help of the Research Department, we have designed a survey for our members to canvass their opinions on pay and importantly, what their aspirations look like. There are eight simple questions which will take less than five minutes to answer and we are therefore hoping for a good response rate.
We wrote directly to members at their home addresses (attached) to update them on the Acas talks and to alert them to the survey, which will be sent to their Capita email addresses (the responses will be anonymous). The survey questions were reproduced on the back of the home mailing for information purposes.
Our Senior Capita Reps are fully supportive of the members’ Pay survey and are encouraging everyone to participate so we have as much data as possible prior to the meeting at Acas to highlight to TVL management the views of our members on their pay during the Cost of Living crisis.
Further developments will be reported after the meeting on 1stJune.
