Dear Members,

In the last 48 hours there has been a lot of noise. A lot of rumour. A lot of positioning. A lot of drama. 

Tonight we cut to the chase. We lay out Royal Mail Groups offer. We update you on negotiations. We will discuss the next steps. We will move forward as one. 

We have significantly moved the company. They haven’t moved because of the kindness of their heart. They haven’t moved because they wanted to. They have moved because your vote and your strike action has made them.
