HSE Connect Conference 2019 – The Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham, 20 February 2019 – (A Free to Attend Event)

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has announced their ‘HSE Connect Conference which will take place on Wednesday 20 February 2019 at the Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham.

The ‘HSE CONNECT Conference’ is a free to attend event which will be an interactive day of lectures, seminars, exhibitions and workshops. It brings together industry, the regulators, trade unions and intermediaries to showcase good health and safety practice.

HSE state that they want people you to come along to explore how the world of work is changing, question the HSE on how health and safety is developing and pick up useful tools and techniques for effective and proportionate risk and safety management and control.

There will be a key note speech addresses by Martin Temple, HSE Chair and David Snowball, HSE Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Places are free and are limited to a first come first serve basis and so CWU Safety Reps wishing to attend are invited to book a place but need to do so quickly to ensure a place.

The Vox Conference Centre is located at ‘Resort World’ which is a ten minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station. There is ample car parking and the Centre is signposted from all major motorway road routes. The Sat-Nav location is B40 1PU.
