A few Branches have had difficulty uploading their responses to the Redesign Consultation. Please therefore find attached a Word document version of the questionnaire. Please note that submissions will be accepted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org until the extended closing date of close of business Tuesday 15 May 2018.
