Magnum Bandera Trainer – Feedback Process Update
Further to LTB 008/18, dated the 12th January 2018 in regards to the Magnum Bandera Trainer Feedback Process.
Following a few enquires to the Outdoor Department, it can be confirmed that the Royal Mail Magnum Bandera Trainer trials online questionnaire will now be made available to those members who request it in a paper version by their relevant manager (copy also attached), with the manager also being responsible to ensure that the complete questionnaire is forwarded on.
It is noted that this Magnum Bandera Trainer trial feedback process (which has the potential of involving some 12,000 individuals) would be better facilitated via an on-line questionnaire system. However, it is equally important to ensure that those individuals who wish to give feedback can do so in a format which best suits them, and which will hopefully ensure a higher level of feedback than we have seen previously with such footwear trials.
It is hoped that this clarification is of assistance in terms of any local level queries received, however, it may take a few days for this to filter down to Delivery Office Manager level.
