We help those who are not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford a solicitor get legal protection against their abuser.
Last year we helped 4,589 people gain a protective civil injunction; sadly, the number of people seeking help continues to increase.

my ex partner physically and sexually assaulted me when we were together.
I kept contacting her to remind her of her actions and I’m now due in court for inappropriate messaging.
I reported it to the police but there was no evidence/ appropriate outcome.
this individual has has me arrested twice now, yet has not accepted responsibility for her actions.
im due in Bristol magistrate courts on the 2nd August.
any advice please?
