CWU APPEAL AGAINST HIGH COURT DECISION

The purpose of this LTB is to notify Branches that we are appealing against the decision of the High Court to award Royal Mail an injunction to invalidate our strike ballot.

The appeal will take place on Thursday 28^thNovember 2019.
