Eurest (Ex Quadrant) Pay Settlement 2024 – Ballot Arrangements

Further to LTB 142/24 issued on 24^th April 2024 the ballot arrangements have now been confirmed. Ballot papers for all Eurest members will be dispatched today, 1^st May 2024, with a closing date for returns of Thursday 16^th May 2024.

This slightly shorter than normal timescale is to ensure that, if the pay deal is endorsed, payments can be included in May salaries. Branches are reminded that to comply with the requirements of the National Living Wage (NLW) for our National C Grade members their basic pay will be increased to meet the NLW in April Salaries. Remaining increases for the National C Grade and all increases for all other Grades will be applied following the outcome of the ballot and backdated in full to 1^st April 2024.

Branches are asked to bring the contents of this LTB to the attention of our Eurest members.
