CAPITA TVL: PAY AGREEMENT 1^ST JANUARY 2021 – BALLOT TIMETABLE

Further to LTB380/21 dated 8^thSeptember.

I would like to advise Branches that we have now finalised the timetable for the two individual members’ consultative ballots, Field and Admin (Bristol & Darwen), for membership ratification of the one-year pay agreement for our Capita TVL members from 1st January 2021.

Ballot Timetable

• Ballot papers despatched Thursday 16^th September
• Ballot closes Thursday 30^thSeptember

Assuming a YES vote in the ballots, the pay increase and all arrears will be implemented with October salaries. The non-TUPEd Field members will also receive the hour off the working week from 1^st October.
