Things allowed:
Shopping ONLY for essentials
1 form of exercise only
Medical needs
Travelling to & from work where absolutely necessary

You should NOT be meeting family members or friends who do not live in your home.

If you DO NOT follow these rules, the police WILL enforce fines.

All shops not selling essential food will be CLOSED

All gatherings of more than 2 people are BANNED (unless you live with them)

This is lockdown people, you MUST abide by these rules
