National Briefing Royal Mail Pensions Update & Four Pillars Agreement Phase 2 Deployment – Thursday 15th November 2018

Branches are advised that a National Briefing will be held on Thursday 15th November at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4RL beginning at 11:00 and concluding at 15:30. Tea and coffee will be served from 10:15.

To clarify, the following Representatives are invited to attend the Briefing:

 Postal Branch Secretaries (or their substitute)
 Divisional Representatives (including Technical Services)
 Regional Secretaries
 Parcelforce Regional Organisers
 Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions Cleaning Regional Representatives
 Royal Mail Property and Facilities Solutions Engineering National Representatives
 Area Delivery Representatives
 Area Processing Representatives
 Area Distribution Representatives
 Area Admin Representatives
 Customer Experience Representatives

Unfortunately due to limited availability of suitable venues to accommodate this Briefing, our secured venue has capacity restrictions and therefore in consultation with Jane Loftus, Postal Executive Chair, it is agreed that on this occasion we will be unable to accommodate the proportionality requirements that usually apply to National Briefings. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, however, in order to reach as many colleagues as possible, the key elements of the Briefing will be recorded and shared on the same day and we will endeavour to ensure this is within an hour of the Briefing closing.

In addition to the above, Branches are advised that arrangements will be made to hold a number of Unit Rep Briefings around the Country early in the New Year. Details will be confirmed to Branches/Representatives in due course.
