CWU BLACK WORKERS CONFERENCE – FUNDRAISING EVENT MONDAY 10TH OCTOBER 2016 
We have been contacted by the Chair of the CWU Race Advisory Committee to seek support from branches for the Fundraising event prior to the CWU Black Workers Conference due to be held at the Mercure Hotel, Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6ES on Tuesday 11th October 2016.
You will see from Amarjite Singh’s letter that the focus of the social evening will be to raise money for a number of causes including CWUHA, Last Drop and Show Racism the Red Card.
It is hoped that, as in previous years, branches can make a contribution to this. Those branches wishing to do so, should contact Linda Roy by email lroy@cwu.org or directly on 0208 971 7238.
