CWU Website – (www.cwu.org)Dear Colleagues,
Further to previous communications, we can now confirm that a full review of the main union website is underway. This will include a full re-design, content changes and a complete overhaul in the focus of the site.
We are currently negotiating with several potential companies with a view to securing a developer that understands Trade Unions but is also able to produce a product the whole union can make use of, from the General Secretary to the newest member. We want the website to be the shop window for the union.
We will, of course, be undertaking an extensive consultation on the new website with all CWU HQ Departments but the purpose of this LTB is to formally invite comments, ideas and suggestions from CWU Branches.
