Delivery to Neighbour – Bespoke P739 “With your Neighbour” Card
Further to LTB 211/15 regarding the trial of a bespoke P739 “With your Neighbour” card that informs customer’s that an item for them has been delivered to a neighbour. We have now agreed that the bespoke P739 will be rolled out to all Delivery Offices and become a standard product to be used by Delivery OPG’s.
The use of the bespoke P739 “With your Neighbour” card will be carried out in line with the Nationally Agreed Guidelines for Delivery to Neighbour.
The use of the revised P739 card will be subject to ongoing review by the Improving Customer Experience Strand of the Integrated Delivery Programme to understand whether there is an improvement in 1st time Delivery and Delivery to Neighbour and whether there is any adverse affect on customer, quality and performance measures.
The training for frontline OPG’s on the use of the bespoke P739 card will be undertaken by Workplace Coaches and through a WTLL brief (see attached).
