A Woman’s Place is in Her Union 

Please find below and attached two newly designed flyers/posters that Branches can use to encourage more women to engage in the CWU structures.

 

The first poster is designed to enable Branches to advertise their Women’s Officers more prominently, bringing more profile to this role, which is enshrined in the Union’s rule book. The poster also allows for details of the relevant Regional Women’s Secretary to be inserted.

 

This initiative is designed to supplement the Union’s work around proportionality and representation.

 

The second poster is attached for the benefit of those Branches and Regions that produce newsletters or other electronic material and can be inserted accordingly.

 

Both these items are available to download from the Equal Ops section of the CWU website.
