 Royal Mail Deliveries

All our members in Delivery Offices, including SPDOs, are represented by Bob Gibson, Assistant Secretary, Outdoor Department.

Officer substitute: Mark Baulch, PEC member

The Policy Advisor in the Department is Steve Fishwick – sfishwick@cwu.org.

Members of the postal executive working to the department are: Mark Baulch, Tony Bouch and Peter Keenlyside.

With well over 100,000 members working in this part of the Royal mail business, it remains the single largest group of members within the CWU.

As reports of bullying and harassment are on the rise we’re asking you to tell us about your experience so we can put a stop to this kind of behaviour. Please complete the bullying & harassment survey and return it by post to the address on the survey or email outdoorsecretary@cwu.org.

All issues affecting the daily working lives of our members working in deliveries are the responsibility of the Outdoor Department.

Work Safely poster

The message has never been clearer. Download the “Work Safely” poster for more information.

As in all cases, your local CWU Branch or Workplace Representative should be your first port of call, as they are in a much better position to deal with local issues.

If you do need to get in touch with the Outdoor department at CWU Headquarters, please contact Hayley Nutley at hnutley@cwu.org or telephone 0208 971 7276.

The delivery section of the agreement makes reference to other agreements, policies, documents and other sections of the Business Transformation agreement. In order to fulfil our commitment to you we have put together this document containing reference by hyperlinks to and from the documents referred to in the delivery section of the agreement.

We will continue to support you by alerting you as and when updates are made to the document so you always have the most up to date version.
For your convenience, you can download and save the document to your own files. We hope our delivery reps will find this a useful resource tool.
